Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 20, 2026
You can cancel your DisputeStack subscription at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.
How to cancel
You can cancel from the Billing section of your dashboard, or by emailing [to be completed by the operator]. Cancellation stops future renewals.
What happens when you cancel
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
- You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- After that, your account moves to a free state; your saved packets and account remain available unless you delete your account.
Deleting your account
Cancelling stops billing but keeps your data. If you also want your account and packet data removed, delete your account from the app or contact [to be completed by the operator]. See our Privacy Policy for how deletion is handled.
Refunds
Cancellation and refunds are separate. See our Refund Policy for when a refund may apply.
