Data Processing & Subprocessors

This page summarizes how DisputeStack processes personal data on your behalf and lists the subprocessors we use. It complements our Privacy Policy.
Roles
For the personal data you enter into dispute packets (including any customer details), you are the data controller and [to be completed by the operator] acts as a data processor. We process that data only to provide the service and only on your instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our commitments
- We process personal data only to provide the service you configured.
- We keep the data confidential and restrict access to what is necessary.
- We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures (see our Security page).
- We use the subprocessors listed below, each under its own data-processing terms.
- We assist you, where reasonable, with data-subject requests and deletion.

Changes to subprocessors
If we add or replace a subprocessor, we will update this page. For a formal Data Processing Agreement or to request advance notice of subprocessor changes, contact [to be completed by the operator].
