What DisputeStack does — and does not do
DisputeStack helps you prepare structured responses to Stripe payment disputes. It organizes the information you provide and generates a draft response.
- We do not submit disputes for you. You review each packet and submit it in Stripe yourself.
- We do not guarantee any outcome.Whether a dispute is won or lost is decided by the cardholder's bank and Stripe, not by us.
- We do not provide legal advice. The content we generate is not a substitute for professional or legal counsel.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information. You are responsible for what you enter and submit.
- Only enter data you are authorized to process, and comply with applicable law.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or abuse the AI features.
Accounts and access
You must verify your email to use the product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used unlawfully.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan prices and packet limits are shown on our pricing page. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for details.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you enter and the packets you create. [to be completed by the operator] retains ownership of the DisputeStack software and brand.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [to be completed by the operator] is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the outcome of any dispute. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
