Subscriptions
DisputeStack plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see our Cancellation Policy).
Requesting a refund
If you were charged in error, experienced a billing problem, or are otherwise unhappy, email [to be completed by the operator] within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the invoice in question. We review refund requests in good faith.
What is generally refundable
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- A renewal you intended to cancel but did not, provided you contact us promptly and have not made substantial use of the new period.
- Documented service failures on our side.
What is generally not refundable
- Periods you have already substantially used.
- Dissatisfaction with a dispute outcome — outcomes are decided by banks and Stripe, not by us, and we never guarantee them.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Timing depends on your bank.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or consumer-protection rights you have under the law of [to be completed by the operator].
This document does not constitute legal advice, and DisputeStack does not guarantee the outcome of any dispute.
